On the afternoon of August 29th, the High-Quality Development Conference for Enterprises in the Hengqin-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone and the launch ceremony of the "Nurturing Seedlings and Cultivating Excellence" Program were grandly held in the Lihe Hall of Hengqin Tianmu Hotel. Nie Xinping, deputy secretary of the Hengqin Working Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, Director of the Hengqin Office of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and deputy director of the Executive Committee of the Cooperation Zone, Fu Yongge, deputy director of the Executive Committee of the Cooperation Zone, leaders of various institutions of the Executive Committee, as well as representatives of the first batch of 89 "seedling" enterprises and 18 "excellence" enterprises, totaling about 160 people, attended the conference. The conference was hosted by the Executive Committee of the Hengqin-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone and organized by the Economic Development Bureau, with the theme of "Nurturing Talents, Cultivating Excellence, Empowering Enterprises, and Facilitating Industrial Upgrading in Hengqin-Macao". Nie Xinping emphasized in his speech that the cooperation zone has entered the second stage of construction. All departments will unite their efforts to take serving enterprises as the top priority and provide the best growth environment for them. Wu Chuangwei, director of the Economic Development Bureau, gave a detailed interpretation of the specific measures and implementation methods of the "Nurturing Seedlings and Cultivating Excellence" program, stating that through precise support and resource connection, they will assist enterprises in achieving rapid growth and capability leap.

It aims to systematically and hierarchically cultivate key enterprises in the "Four new" industries and create a batch of unicorn enterprises, hidden champion enterprises and innovative growth enterprises. This plan consists of two major sections: the "Seedling Enterprise Growth Doubling Plan" and the "Outstanding Enterprise Empowerment and Leap Plan". It highlights the principle of "enterprise-led, government-driven, gradient cultivation, and selection of the best from the best", comprehensively covering the development needs of enterprises throughout their entire life cycle.

The cooperation zone will also implement a point-to-point service system for "cultivating outstanding" enterprises, establish a "one enterprise, one file" tracking and feedback mechanism, and provide key support in areas such as industrial investment, listing and financing, technological innovation, and the introduction and cultivation of high-level talents. According to the plan, by 2029, the cooperation zone will have cumulatively assisted over 100 enterprises in the database to achieve the goal of doubling their growth. The actual number of employees in the "seedling" enterprises will reach 10,000, and a number of star enterprises with industry influence will be cultivated, including several national and provincial specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises.

At the awarding ceremony, representatives of 18 "Peiyou" enterprises including Osens went up to the stage in turn to receive the plaques. Barry.Meng, the chairman of Osens, went on stage to receive the plaque as a representative of the "Peiyou" enterprises. This honor not only represents a high recognition of Osens' technological strength and development potential, but also reflects the expectations of the cooperation zone for its exemplary and leading role in the industrial ecosystem in the future.

Taking this awarding of the plaque as a new starting point, Osens will actively respond to the "Seedling Cultivation and Excellence" program, continuously increase investment in research and development, enhance core competitiveness, deepen collaborative innovation with enterprises, universities and research institutions within the cooperation zone, contribute more scientific and technological strength to the industrial upgrading and regional economic development of Qinzhou-Macao, and jointly draw a new blueprint for the integration of Qinzhou-Macao and the innovative development of industries.
